Dont laugh...........but, how do you get pictures that are in "My Documents" area over to "My Pictures" area? I have sat here puzzled on how to do that. Is it even possible?

There are some pictures that somehow (dont know how) got over into "my documents" area and I was wanting them back over to "my pictures" area so I can post them. When they are over in the documents area, it wont let me post pictures from there.
