w3QHxwNb Join Date Oct 2005 Posts 530 Senior Member	It's probably an open short. They will have to send a lineman out to traceout the line. I would have problems when it rained and they have to traceback the entire line until the found a spot that had insulation chewed off. It was nearly 6 blocks from my home.
