Petra's ROS is nonexistent today. Being a Petra fan sucks.

Never dull though. What kind of people go for the easy option and support Fed, Nadal etc? And actually, 'people' is too kind a description. They aren't people - they are weasels. That's what they are. Every last one of them! They know who they are.....with their fur and their long weaselly necks!

EDIT: do weasels technically have fur? Or is it called pelt or something? Maybe a weasel could answer that!

I don't mind weasels actually. They might be related to ferrets and maybe meerkats. That's some good company to be in!

Petra can't get anything going on the return. She has still played many times better than how she was against Bondarenko in round 1. Kirilenko is just really solid and that should get the job done if she can keep it going a little longer (Petra will give a loose game, or some tiebreak points away usually).

Very happy for MaKiri, especially since she's not someone who is athletically gifted and can't compete with the top women in terms of power or court coverage because she's too short. She won this match through grit, an underappreciated quality. Now my wishes are for David Ferrer to reach a Slam final or win a Masters title, though he would probably have to get lucky and not draw Fed in his half.

Izzy just missed 2 easy forehands to hand Roger a break. Looks like this is going to be a quick match.

Real fans flock to lost causes. You can always tell the pretenders becuase they will have a token throwaway player that they "like". Some try to pretend to maintain their fandom cred with support of Venus, for example. But they are just aspiring to the levels of fandom of Murray or Roddick supporters.
