Big Sexy took the first set off Skeevy? When did they dig up the terre battue and lay down sod?

This set should've been a breadstick or a bagel... but Jankovic is a complete and utter nutcase, and Fran is playing absolutely terribly against Pironkova.

How did Li Na suddenly become good again? It seems to come from nowhere.

Dennis must have done something to piss her off. That seems to be the magic trick.

Husband. When she's on a roll, she's always complaining (in a very loving way) about something he has done in post-match interviews. His snoring alone got her to the finals of the '11 AO.

Dimitrov vs Gaquet on Lenglen. A match for tennisheads if ever there was one. I won't be able to see it all though.

I know Drop_Shot likes Leonardo's chances, but I cannot believe Kohli is down two sets to love to a Mayer not named Florian.

I thought I heard JMac say there was some sort of controversy in the Troicki/Fognini match at 6-6 in the fifth. Any clues?

Jeremy and Richard both up a break early on, both manage to lose the first set anyway. The French tennis gods are clearly putting all their oh-la-la behind Mathieu at the moment.

Wow, Christina McHale might actually win a match in two sets.

I hope so since TC is hell bent on showing the least interesting match on court right now.

Isner in a play-it-til-it ends 5th set against a Frenchman in the early rounds of a Slam. Time to over-caffienate?

Awesome for Yaroslava. Hopefully she can get back into the Top 50 sooner rather than later. Love her.

Unsurprised, but sad all the same about Jankovic.

Li played really well in Rome, until the final where she utterly imploded in the second set.

Of course, because it's the WTA, Razzano is in a second set tiebreak against Rus already down a set. However both Serena-slayer and Kimmie-slayer are playing pretty well. Solid hitting from both.

Could Serena get the wooden spoon of the losers bracket?
