Errani took the first set 6-0 over Kuznetsova. WTF?

I was just about to write that - you beat Radwanska convincingly and then get bageled by Errani??? Only Sveta could do something like that...

But at least she's fought back in the second.

That was absolutely awful from Svetlana. Absolutely awful. So many terrible shots. Errani-Kerber should be an interesting QF. Sara's never beaten a top 10 player yet, maybe this is her shot? I still give Kerber the edge, but I didn't expect Errani to make it to the Quarters out of that crowded section.

Random observation: Petra Martic has a pretty (albeit error ridden today) game. Reminded me a bit of Justine Henin only taller and better looking.

She was 1-37 vs Top 15 before Roland Garros

Vika more so than Nole, I think. The Djokovic-Seppi is a lot more entertaining than I expected.

For sure. Really didn't expect Djokovic to drop a set. Azarenka isn't playing as well as I was expecting in this slam, so she's not so surprising.

It's deja vu for Cibulkova(not quite there yet), she lead 6-1 5-2 , 6-2 5-3 in her last 2 matches against Azarenka before eventualy losing both matches

5-2, 5-3...so will 5-4 be the lucky charm?

Seppi finally cracked mentally. I expected much earlier than this.

No one fights out of a hole better than Vika these days. She's taken that crown from Caro, Maria and Serena.
