Twitter.com/Tehaspe posted ITF information on Twitter today.

Li hasn't been tested out of competition since 2009. Both Williams sisters weren't tested in 2010. Andy Roddick and Andy Murray have not been tested out of competition.

Of the Spaniards Ferrer and Ferrero were tested the most in 2010 but Nadal and Verdasco were tested.

Cibulkova and Lisicki were not tested out of competition last year.

It kind of makes sense. If it is truly random, some players will not be tested at all, some will be tested more than "average".
