This will be a day in blue :bleus::bleus::bleus:
(yeah that's how we call ourselves, the frenchies: "Les bleus")

It will be Nicolas Mahut's 30 years old birthday

What a day.

Since Justin Gimelstob already told Serena that she was playing Cibulkova in the interview after her second round victory, I wonder if she will be confused when she shows up and sees Greta Arn instead.

A friend asked me the day after, "Are you SURE Cibulkova didn't win?"-- mentioning this interview -- and I'm like, dude, Domi was my SP pick and Greta's on my AMitS team, YES I'M SURE.

MK had already left the court once to have her upper thigh taped, so after a while she had had enough.

Cheers Miles. I must admit I don't pay a whole lot of attention when the women play. blush

This match is loads of fun, just watching how hard Kerber is willing to fight for what seemed like a lost cause for a while.

Bepa, wtf?

I really think there has to be rule that if a match is a complete blowout and no one wants to watch it, they should show some other matches. Number 9 seed is down a set, number 5 seed was down a break or two, but we are watching Djokovic' demolition of poor Mahut

Only couple days ago I realized that Yanko is in top 10...

Not that I think he doesn't have game to be there, he obviously does, but I just remember him always being perennial top 30, top 40 type of a player with occasional amazing match here and there in GS.
Glad he is maximizing his potential now, but I really hope he does down today

Number 9 men's seed seems very disinterested.
