I almost started a new thread for this because his unbelievably asshole-ishness has reached shocking new heights.

It's funny. I didn't really think it was all that bad until I got down to the paragraph about Ryan Harrison and how he turned down an invitation to this event because he wan't to earn his spot in the main draw by qualifying--doing it the hard way.

And that, in a nutshell, says more about who Donald Young is than anything Donald Young himself has ever said and about his overdeveloped sense of entitlement.

My head is exploding with all this it's/its talk.
Sorry for the tangent, but you should have an It's It!

It's-Its are what I think of as the REAL San Francisco treat (because, wtf wants Rice-a-Roni, anyway?).

Ryan Harrison has a hunger/desire for tennis success that is so clearly missing from Donald Young. Based on what I've seen from Harrison and Young in the past 8 months (no matter how many victories Young gets over struggling Scotsmen), they're going to have strikingly different careers in terms of success and regard.

Both Harrison and Young are playing the Sarasota Challenger this week. Let's see how that plays out.

RY-AN! RY-AN! RY-AN!

If I am ever lucky enough to go to a pro tournament again, I would definitely have the urge to seek out a Donald Young match just to boo him.

Be very careful with that, Charlie. I watched a Young match on Armstrong at the USO 3 years ago, I think. I loudly cheered against him. I got a wealth of dirty looks from people around me. I eventually gave up my seat and watched it from the top of Armstrong just in case I needed to make a quick getaway.

He was playing Feliciano Lopez--my SP pick for the day. So at that time, it wasn't about an intense dislike for Donald Young. It was pure Contest Whoredom at work. Honest.

Silly dry... you're supposed to blindly cheer for anyone with a USA next to their name. Be it a scrub or even a Sweeting over a well known name. At least that is the single most important thing I learned from my one tournament experience.

I was glad I was sitting near the small Swiss contingent when I watched Wawrinka beat Ginepri in 5 at the USO a few years ago... there were so many stares.

No way, he brings such delight and comic relief to the world with that service motion of his.
