I think the list is missing John Isner dismissing Andy Roddick at the USO in the third round. Even though I saw it coming when the draw doesn't mean that the Wimbledon finalist losing that early at his home Slam wasn't a pretty big upset.

I don't regard the USO final as an upset as much as a revelation.
