Yep, the Dutch are. Hope the Dutch invest in some extra clothing and shoes that weekend.
If it weren't for the learning experience (we have mostly newbies in our squad these days) I'd suggest they don't spend any money and just stay at home. The Argentinians could field a C-level squad and we'd still get hammered. And I'm already questioning how much the Dutch players can learn from this. I mean, the home crowd will have nothing to be hostile about and the players will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Ugh.

No, ITF said if anyone lost the critual or last deciding match in Davis or FED Cup, they will disquarified at next year of all matches.
I hope this isn't true,i haven't seen it before.Andy would be gutted if he couldn't play, especially against Switzerland. It would be a travesty if he was suspended.
I can't believe USA did get Switzerland. As soon as they won the playoff i knew they would,it's a nightmare! lol Spain v Serbia is tough too.

I've been researching most of the morning, and have not found anything to that effect. If that rule is in place, it makes zero sense to impose an internationally supported suspension for losing a match. I don't think that will really draw in the top players, or fans for that matter.....

It's totally bogus, folks. After every round of Davis Cup or Fed Cup, this poster swings by and lists everyone who will be suspended.

I'm 99% sure he has yet to be correct. Pay no nevermind.
