I thought you have to account for 1 hour a day each day between 6 am and 11 pm, not the entire time period? I may be off

That would make a lot more sense.

I remember Rafa voiced some complaints about this policy. I guess I should go look for them. But, I'm not motivated right now. I am reading a bulletin from some group who does not believe the government has any power over us.

I think he said they showed up at 6 am after he arrived on a late night plane from a tournament. I vaguely remember someone else also complained they showed up really early in the morning on an off day after an evening match.

There is a online system where you can update your whereabouts

I guess if you can text and email your friends and family, you can take a moment to log in and update your whereabouts if there is a change.

I'm still not sure why the 60 minute rule if you have to tell them all day anyway.

I guess you can't leave the place you gave to go to eat or to a store, etc. in that 60 minutes or you violate the policy...
