Ironically there are no links to Schillinger that I'd even post here. Schillinger gave his cell mate a swastika tattoo on a part of his body that made his cellmate's wife leave him after her first, and last conjugal visit? The cell mate was a lawyer who was in for DUI because it was an election year.

Ti, I wonder if anyone else in the history of the world has ever used the phrase: the Serbian equivalent of Bubba

Love that originality.

Not to mention that he had the guy's kid killed and mailed him a hand in prison.

True.

Now how to explain "Bubba" to our European friends?

Bette Midler described it best in Ruthless People while conversing with one of her kidnappers (Judge Reinhold).

BARBARA STONE: Nice butt, that's what they'll say.

KEN KESSLER: Excuse me?

BARBARA STONE: Nice butt, that's what they'll say on your first day... at The Men's Club.

KEN KESSLER: The Men's Club?

BARBARA STONE: With a cute little rear end like that, why, your dance card will be filled every night. You'll be the bell of the ball. You'll make lots of friends. BIG. UGLY. HAIRY Friends. Not that you'll ever see what they look like...Cause you'll be facing the other way.

::

That's Bubba in a nutshell.

::

About Schillinger, I remember the first time I saw Juno. He played her father. And in his first scene I had the compelling urge to scream at the TV and tell Juno to run away as fast as possible.

He played the shrink on L&O for awhile. I felt the same way.

And yeah, that's Bubba.

I don't watch Oz, so I always think of that actor as typecast in the role of nice slightly dumb/peculiar guy. Can't even imagine him in the Oz role

Well, don't forget what the guy did to (in?) Schillinger's face. So maybe they're even.

Good. 15 months isn't long enough for someone like him.
