I'm so with all of you on this! I almost couldn't believe how rude Enberg was... i mean, he completely ignored him the first time he asked! I was there thinking "can this REALLY be happening?".

To be fair to good ol' Dick (shut up, dry), there must have been an earpiece telling him to hurry it up and remember to mention the Lexus

The runner up of the women's final gets to speak in three languages on ESPN and CBS doesn't want to let the MEN'S CHAMPION speak in two?

Oh, the "cards" I could play.....
Ok, lets not play any kind of "cards"

but rather think in terms of broadcast schedule and how Dick E. is simply being told from up there to keep it as short as possible. You can't compare it to women's final, which was relatively short and they had plenty of (extra) time.

Afterall, US Open is all about the money and who has the rights to what.

Ugh, it's even worse than the first time. And Enberg kept telling him how quickly he had to speak for an extra 10 seconds when JDMP could've been speaking.

Ok I wasn't really paying attention when this was on live, but WOW. I'm glad he did finally get the mic in his hands because what he said obviously meant a lot to him. Can someone who speaks Spanish translate?

Dick Enberg is really the worst.
