I wonder if this means everything will be delayed this weekend, including Nole's winners speech?

Based on what Eurosport just said, there won't be play at least for two hours and probably not at all today.

I must be terribly naive, but aren't the tournament PTB being incredibly short-sighted. When there's a question about finishing matches to get to the next match, which may let the tournament finish on time, shouldn't pragmatism prevail. If there's a 2 hour window, why not play all 3 matches simultaneously on Ashe, Armstrong and Grandstand. I know, I know, the prestige factor. Tough. Get all 6 players together and play rock, paper, scissors to see who gets what court. I know, I know, the ticket holders. Well, if there's only a 2 hour window, they're only going to see one match anyway. Let them choose which match they're going to watch, no matter what their ticket says. Maybe the window will stretch to 3 hours and they'll get everything in. Maybe it won't, but at least that's 2 hours of tennis they don't have to play another day.

It's coming about as soon as Ondraskova/Frelich winning the mixed doubles here.

They've rescheduled Nadal-Gonzo for Armstrong and Wozniacki for Grandstand.

Junior Doubles and wheelchair singles have been canceled.

So, the three matches will be played simultaneously?

All of the matches will start at the same time, so Winston's logic proves correct.
