Federico Luzzi, Giorgio Galimberti, Alessio DiMauro, Potito Starace and Daniele Bracciali have filed suit in the Federal District Court of Southern Florida against the ATP.

All have either been suspended and/or fined for gambling offenses.

Yes, M8 - the Estate can sue in the name of the deceased, if they can show he suffered a loss for which he is entitled to damages, and the statute of limitations has not expired.
