There is only one slot on Centre court for the women. They have more room to keep the top men on Centre whereas its only fair to the women to let others play on Centre court. |

I don\t see the "fairness" in that. I thought Wimbledon is the tournament that professes parity? and please Wozniacki/Kirilenko both in Adidas, Stella McCartney in center court is not about fairness either! I say $$$$. Just look at last year. On the second Monday they put Venus and Serena on court 2 while Sveta and Agie played on Centre Court. They have always moved the women around, and I don't see any reason to stop. |

Let's be honest. On average the men play much higher quality matches. They sell more tickets. The women don't. P.S. Ticket stuff is irrelevant here. As far as I know CC tickets are so difficult to get that folks can't be so picky. |

Somehow is doesn't prevent other GS's splitting center court time more equally... |

I don't like Wozniacki, but she is top ten and won Eastbourne last week. I don't see a problem with her on Centre Court. And come on!!!! having champions who have 17 slams between them, 7 or 8 of them Wimbledon (!!!!!!!!) put on court 2 or 3 or any court that is not central while lesser players play at the same time on that center court defies logic and respect, talk about tradition! during the last 3 or 4 year has Fed been playing on another court than central court. When was the last time he was put on court 1 or 2? |
