Goosebumps!

GO Dinara, go! I am really rooting for her. If this were a Serena / Dinara final, my heart would be breaking but I really want Dinara to win. She really does play...slam worthy tennis.........

It's only +11 and light rain in Paris. There might not be any play today at all - forecast is cold and rainy all day...

If that is the case, NBC will be able to show Juan Martin good performance.

They're out! Both look nervous

Their first ever match meeting was in Mallorca nine years ago when they were 14. Dinara won that one.

Great! The weather here is miserable (for summer) - just the right time to sit in front of TV and watch some good tennis.

Why is Larisa Savchenko wearing a hipster trucker hat?

Krajan apparently brought his whole family - looks like Dinara didn't

Look! It's Bill Gates

Kuznetsova's ankle must be OK as it doesn't seem to be wrapped today. We'll see how she goes with it. If it's another 3 setter she may have problems like she did with Stosur.

After getting broken at fifteen, Kuznetsova wins 8 straight points? Crazy.

Here we go! Some good stuff so far.

I'm watching NBC Sports ISO Cam. But it sucks.... You can't see full-court action, only one player at a time due to the location of the camera. Still, better than nothing.

Anyone have something better?

Seriously. Getting ready for Queens is not an excuse.

I'm lucky here in Australia - we've got FoxSports who show a fair amount of tennis live. Only time we miss out is in our home slam for the Aussie players, but then they're shown on free to air.

Whats the flight time between London and Paris including checks in and everything? Like 43 minutes? Maybe if he had watched more of his sister, then perhaps he would re-learn the idea of fighting tooth and nail on the court.

My husband, who tends to give players unkind nicknames, just dubbed Safina "French toast" because he thought her face is as flat as what we were having for breakfast. He's not a native English speaker, so I don't think he realized the double meaning as far as this match.

I sure hope she is. Go Svetlana!
