need help with stream - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

i found this stream at http://www.channelsurfing.net

it seems to be real laggy for me though, http://www.justin.tv/hoppaninna seems to be ok by channelsurfing has better qualitery and more streams

can anyone recommend anything to fix the lag for me?
