So she may or may not play. Great. And while I like to take Serena at her word, it wouldn't be the first time that a player bailed on a smaller event (Paris) in favor of her preparation for a more important event (Dubai)... Not saying that's the case. I'm just saying it wouldn't be the first time.
They should make ALL professional tennis players participate in Fantasy Tennis at least once every year. Just so they'd know what it's like. |

Any word on whether or not Shahar Pe'er will be there? The WTA will hold "talks" about holding future events in Dubai (Translation: they will talk how many more events will be held there and how much money in the form of guarantees they will get from gulf states, and that will be it). |
