Default The big thanks! TAT
With the big time difference, running two SP's and the You Can't Win jack contests must have been a tough deal. Still, you TAT staffers handled it superbly. Big thanks for delivering two truly enjoyable weeks of tennis madness. Together with the other three SP, you give us two months of lots of joy (not to mention a bit of despair when we lose ).
Thanks. See you (at the latest) at the FO.

Moose and shtexas always do a superb job of running the pools, this time in large part due to the superb support provided by munchin and beau. The SPs always go off without a hitch.

Mrjiggy and Tog did a fantastic job with YCWJ--and they did so on extremely short notice.

We always have fun stuff going on here, ponchi. Don't know if women's tennis is your thing, but we're about to launch our WTA fantasy tennis contest which will begin the week of 2/9... Feel free to join us for that. Don't feel like you have to only swing by for the majors.

Glad you had a great time!

I know it took a crazy amount of work for them to keep track of over 300 players. Thanks to all involved.

Especially since so many people refused to lose for the longest time!

Suicide Pool was just awesome! Thanks TAT! (And beau...you were personally amazing! LOVED those little tidbits and prediction bites you added to the women's sp thread!)

WTA fantasy tennis? This sounds like fun.

Definitely great job with the SPs, I enjoyed them immensely. Do you only have SPs for the Grand Slams, or do you have for tier 1 tournaments and masters series as well? (IW, Miami, Cincy, Rogers, etc)

For Indian Wells and Miami, we have practice Suicide Pools. They're just as much fun. The only difference is that they're self-scoring (you do what some people did at AO anyway, and track your own picks each day, e.g

1: Chardy
2: Mathieu
3: Mathieu
4: Santoro
5: Gasquet
6: Monfils
7: Simon
8: Tsonga)

And there are no medals awarded.

not only did you lose because you picked paulo, but you picked him twice !!!
pfffffffffff

and I agree with all. This was an awesome Australian Open with record SP
and it was great fun as usual, since I've been at TAT.
Love you all and thank you
