Wow, where are you now?
Back in England as of yesterday. I was counting it as one of the three

You are talking about against Sveta, right? Because Serena has won the first set against Elena 2 out of 3 of the last meetings and still lost.

Yes, I am.

Elena still has to win her match. I'm not looking beyond the quarterfinals. I don't underestimate Carla.

Or Sveta. Which is why Serena needs to win the first set.

Craig....are you always SO serious? Come on, I know there's a FUN side to you! I've see that pic of you flipping your dreads!

Craig is very serious when it comes to his favorites.

Serena never looked good the entire US Open.

(I'm teasing. Craig really wasn't around much during the US Open. He was being political, which is pretty serious too)

Serena/Sveta better not be the mess it's threatening to be. If Serena loses this one I will be pissed.

Oh I fully understand. We seen it often enough at tournaments that nothing is a given.

Great match-ups tonight, though I have no idea how long I'll last watching if at all. I'm practically a walking zombie thanks today thanks to the 4 hours of sleep I got last night. If only I didn't have to go to work the next morning...

Play starts in some minutes... I don't know why I'm so nervous with Elena's match today...
I have to play squash in 90 minutes, I hope it's over by then; otherwise, I won't be able to concentrate...

They were considering closing the roof, the commentator's saying, but looks like they didn't. This is the first time I've seen CSN since RG. I don't mind not seeing her another 7 months after tonight.

I've seen Sveta play up to her potential twice. If that Sveta shows up tonight Serena will have problems.

And why isn't the roof closed?
