If Baghs doesn't take Nole to five sets...I'll be sad-face.

N-O-T-H-I-N-G!!! All her energy is expended. Her bulk is too large for her to survive a fit Jelena. Her camp probably released that information about the dead drug trafficker.....

Go Dokic Go! Go Dokic, Go! Go Dokic, Go! Woot Woot Woot!

Send chunkymonkey back to Ben and Jerry! Okay that was mean.

Jelena play the match of your life! Win one for the Aussies! Be nice to Alisa, but kick her arse!

Oh and...I won't be watching any tennis tonight. I'll be too nervous and besides, they make Jelena's match tooooooo late. I'm glad the Aussies are enjoying her, tho.

Missin' I'm convinced that JelenaD is back for real now but she can and does still go on walkabout. That could give Alisa an opening unless they both do it at the same time.

Ti....okay in all seriousness...weight aside for Alisa....and....the article and stuff aside for Jelena...

I'm thinking that these two have SO much riding on their match...Alisa...a trip to a slam quarterfinal...Jelena a rise to inside of 100 ranking should she defeat Kleybanova...but at the same time neither of them have anything to lose and have already exceeded everyone's expectations for their performance here so what I really believe is...

This has the potential to be one hell of a match! They are well matched. And I hope they both bring it on and give it everything they've got and spill their blood and guts all over that court so when it is over...no one has anything to be ashamed about.

And Ti, I hope the crowd is very serious in their support for Jelena because that is one thing that can carry her forward while at the same time....affect Alisa.....a crowd that's against you is a horrible thing to have to defeat!

I don't think Jelena has to worry about crowd support. It may be her ace in the hole.

The only reason I am rooting for Alisa is I have her in the suicide pool. I have no real attachment to her, and, in fact, should be very angry as she ousted Ana.

The Dokic comeback story is a nice one.

I just heard this. It may or may not be true but:

In more Dokic drama though...

Damir is threatening (for lack of a better term) to come to Australia to watch Jelena's matches if she keeps winning this week. If, and this is a big if..... IF she makes the SF/Final, Damir claims he WILL be there. Security better not let him in. I wish he would just leave her alone! Jelena doesn't want him in her life anymore, but of course Damir still doesn't seem to want to accept that.

Jelena doesn't need this.

I don't think there's anything at all automatic about Jankovic advancing. Bartoli has beaten her before a few times. Marion has been pretty solid (surviving the Safarova first-set onslaught). And Jelena has been playing overall fairly crappy, though she's churned out a few really nifty points, too.

Now watch Jelena double-bagel her.

The best case scenario for me: Jelena J., Vera, Dinara, Jelena D., Robredo, Marcos, Cilic and Roger. Not that I particularly care about all of them...
