Gonzo withdrew for personal reasons but is said to be injured. Nishikori is out, also said to be injured. Haas wrote on his website that he won't be back until January.

Thanks for the draws, Ti!

I think you missed putting Karlovic in green, though.

Neither of the no.1 seeds have too much competition in their draws, and this would be Murray's second straight title if he wins Madrid.

[B]Basel Main Draw

(6) Igor Andreev (RUS)
vs Jurgen Melzer (AUT)
Denis Gremelmayr (GER) vs Philipp Kohlschreiber (GER)
Jose Acasuso (ARG) vs (WC) Stephane Bohli (SUI)
QUALIFIER vs [COLOR=DarkSlateGray](3) Juan Martin Del Potro (ARG)
So, I was going to have 4 players in Basel, but Kei withdrew. Now, my three remaining players are all in the SAME quarter!

I'll be accepting the "Most Screwed by the Draw" award with some speech later on.

You don't think Roger has competition in his draw?

Agree about Murray though.

Both have plenty of competition of they are not on top of their games.

The Basel draw hadn't been posted when I posted that post. I was talking about the other two draws. Anyway, Murray should, arguably, take the title without too much tough competition.

Well, that's always the case, though, no?

Anyone would have tough competition if they're not at the top of their games.
