Thanks so much for the interesting info! I'm disgusted with Mardy Fish's record. I mean, the majority of those matches were not matches he could win, on paper, but some of them stand out as head-scratchers (I still occasionally pull my hair out when I think of the Massu match). |

Chakvetadze is 7-1. Doesn't fit the 10 finals minimum, but she definitely belongs in the conversation.
And Zuzana is 17-8 in finals, which is 68%. Domination. And the eight people who have beaten Zuz in a final are no slouches. The list includes Safina, Peng, Vinci, and Loit. Also, did you know that Zuzana won a challenger event that was played as best-of-five first to four games sets? http://www.itftennis.com/womens/tour...0001601&event= Such a pioneering champion is our Zuz. |

Thanks so much for the interesting info! See where Jelena % in finals is just as dismal as Svetlana. Sorta makes Smashnova's career finals record all the more glowing. 12-1. No player on this list, male or female, is even close. |
