Here's to hoping del Potro and Canas will still be playing at the same time

Blake will have no problems with Young

4. Women's Singles - 1st Rnd.
Ahsha Rolle (USA) v. Caroline Wozniacki (DEN)[21]

REALLY? That's the match to move to Ashe? Is it just because he name sounds like Ashe?

Rolle has a nice looking game, but she will get Rolled by Caroline.

Any upsets?

My list in decreasing likelihood:

Na Li def Shahar Peer
Pironkova def AMG
Nishikori def Monaco
Wozniak def Davenport (only if Lindsay not 100%)
Melzer def Lopez

How about Yanina over Srebotnik, Suliso? Is Paszek healthy - if so, I think she can take out Kirilenko on a hard court. And Bolelli certainly has a shot against Stan the Man.

Na Li and possibly Nishikori and Melzer. Don't see Pironkova happening, she's come down a bit lately. Paszek over Kirilenko is not unlikely, but I'll try to be there and prevent it.

Tamira beating Maria K... although I am not sure if that will count as an "upset"

Yanina hasn't been playing well lately. Srebotnik is nothing special, but she is steady and wont' beat herself. Paszek over Kirilenko is more likely - Makiri has been a mess lately...

Bolelli? Sorry, don't see that at all...

You going on Monday? Or everyday?

I will try to be there on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on schedule of Marat, Richard and Dina, Alize.

Working theory is that Lindsay may still withdraw and that is why she wasn't given the night match. Whatever LL takes her place would not be strong enough for the night session so that's why the "Lindsay" match may be subbed for on Ashe.

Just a theory.

Makiri has always been a hot mess

I agree that Stan will easily take care of Bolleli.

I'll see you there then I'm going to evening sessions Mon-Wed, but my tickets get me in at 5 pm. And probably all day Thursday, then Sat and Sunday, and I think that's it.

So, if they schedule Marat between 11 am and 5 pm on Luis Armstrong on Tues or Wed, you won't be there to see it?

You think he won't be around anymore during the weekend?

You never know. For me, since I watch live tennis maybe once a year, it's better to catch his first round while he is still there.

btw, are you going this year?
