I'll root for all of the American women.

The men, not so much.

I'm telling you now it will be 2 surprise finalists going for the men's gold, Arevalo Rafael vs. Steve Darcis.

I'm a duel national so I'll be cheering for Federer, more than likely.

LOL, I'm different I usually cheer for the 1.5 person(s) who represents my tiny country even if they don't stand a chance. On the other hand I root against the US in any World Competition unless I have a fave participating. I'm probably root for Fed, Nadal, Venus, Serena and or Ana.

Have you ever thought how it would feel if Venus was from St. Kitts?

The only way I would not root for an American at the Olympics was if I knew that person to be an a______.
Maybe that's why Roddick isn't going to play.
I might be able to root for Blake. In a pinch. Same with Fish, I guess. Is Querrey our third?
Fish isn't playing either. It's not like he's defending a silver medal or anything.
I never, ever cheer for Americans just because they're American. They have to fight for my loyalty like everyone else.

I'll be rooting for my favorites like it's a normal tournament. Special underdog props go to anyone from a small country. For the US, I'll root for Querrey and Ginepri.

I go with my favorites for every tournament: Roger and Venus.

It's interesting that, if I don't know a sport and its players, I can find myself rooting for Americans during the Olympics. When I know the sport= I find my favorites regardless of nationality.

LOL, if she was well I'd be over the moon. I'd become her professional stalker, JK!

It would be great of course.
