we do a dinner party for the USO. I want to do a White Trash theme one year for the USO.

and this is the First year I'm actually going to be home to watch the finals of
the FO. We're usually on vacation this time of year and waatching from a
hotel. So it way too early for crepes being its 6am here, so I was thinking

Jambon Beurre its easy to make while not being awake.

Well tomorrow it will be Belgian Waffles, Serbian cornbread - proja, sausages, salami.

Sunday- Mueslix again (Swiss), Swiss chocolate milk (Goat's milk-if I can get it), breakfast tapas, sweet rolls and Torrijas.

My husband and I always had Breakfast at Wimbledon. A real old fashioned artery clogging American Breakfast.

We were more laid back for the French though. Fresh coffee, croissants, jams and butter. Orange juice.

US Open was fun time. Australia usually found us asleep.

I haven't started a tradition with my daughter. Funny that.

You have no idea how good French baguettes are. All you need is some butter really. Ham puts it over the top. Sounds like a plan. Zabars here in NY sells French baguettes that are almost as good as the ones in Paris. I can't have the ham but I will buy some European style butter from Whole Foods and make sure I have some cafe au lait. Can't drink the real stuff anymore either.

As a side note: Serbian's eat cornbread huh?

Europeans do eat cornbread, just a tad different than the types in the US. You learn something everyday.
