i bet there is no any single country or army without torturing. Torturing is not a bad way to collect evidence.
for to save several lives, yeah you can really torture a criminal or a terrorist.

but [!], if it's for fun, it's clearly humiliation.

i support torture only for right way, to save lives and wipe the risk. but not for fun...

Having said that there may be exceptional circumstances where torture may be the only way to collect intelligence for saving lives, but I wouldn't support it a general policy.
I think most people would feel the same way about this subject.

a man from Philippines tortured by Saudi authors with the "whip" 75 times and jailed 4 months
It's all because of the man carried liqueur chocolate
the poor man did not know that there was liqueur in the chocolate!
