President Bush: "Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along ... We have an obligation to call this what it is - the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history."
---- I hope that Islamic appeasers like Hussein Obama and his voters are listening. |

That's a good quote, but just as meaningless coming from his idiotic mouth as a ceasefire announced by Hamas. |

Let me say here again that I hate the Taliban and I hated Saddam and I'm no fan of the deposed Somali government. But these insurgiencies are to be expected. The reason we didn't have them after WWII is because we put many of the members of the deposed regiems to work in the new government. In the West, many people believed foolishly that, if given the chance, the Muslim world would embrace freedom and productivity. Well, the results are here to see... |

We're talking about Iraq. Iraq was a secular pseudo-Islamic state which is on its way, thanks to our invasion to becoming a true Shiite theocracy. Mission not accomplished. |
