The US should get over squeamishness about shipping arms to Africa.

Arm the anti-Islamists to the teeth and they can supply the enthusiasm for destroying the enemy infrastructure. Darfur is another example where, if the world cared, enough Kalashnikovs in the right hands would make a huge difference.
