Sorry, I was not aware that the Constitution was dismantled. Please show me where the Supreme Court has ruled against the Administration and that the US government has not complied with said rulng. But I didn't say "the Constitution HAS BEEN dismantled", as you can see from my quote "we DON'T HAVE to", it isn't required IN THE FUTURE, as per some of the many unconstitutional measures people including Bush suggest. The Supreme Court has found several of Bush's actions to be unconstitutional. The Congress is holding him to task for encouraging his staff to ignore sepoenas. They are investigating communication firms complicity in wiretapping.
