I favor dispersion by repatriation.

Americans should be able to have a national referendum on what groups to exclude and what to admit, so immigration can be used to preserve the proper demographics of this country and exclude Muslims, Communists, and anyone else we don't need and to whom we owe nothing.

People that do not put American nationalism first should be excluded because we don't need them. The world is full of people willing and eager to be good US citizens. We can and should pick and choose according to what serves our interests. My ancestors willingly and eagerly and fully assimilated, so I find it fair to demand that of others.
