Promoting and paying for suicide bombings against Jews then have it come back to your country daily is poetic justice just as I said. And no, there is no Hamas in Iraq, there won't be any Palestinians left there pretty soon either b/c they are being murdered and tortured by the Shia as payback for their unrelenting support for Saddam, who as I said paid $25K to families of Palestinian terrorist suicide bombers. Boomerang. I see. The Shiites are all fired up against the Baathists for funding Hamas, not for chemical warfare! Sorry I'm not getting the point. It seems your point is that there are no innocent civilians in Iraq and that it's poetic justice whenever one of them is killed. And it sounds an aweful lot like you are blaming the Koran both for Saddam's excesses and the failed security efforts since the American invasion. |

From IHT
The Associated Press Published: March 12, 2007 CASABLANCA, Morocco: A Moroccan man who was stopped from looking at terrorist Web sites in an Internet cafe blew himself up with explosives hidden on his body, the Interior Ministry said Monday. The man was killed and four people were injured in the Sunday night blast, including the dead man's companion, who was hospitalized with burns and a throat injury, said ministry spokesman Abderrahman Achour. Authorities, uncertain about the circumstances of the blast in an Internet cafe in a Casablanca slum, were holding off labeling it a suicide bombing, Achour said in a telephone interview with The Associated Press. He said it was possible that the man was transporting explosives that went off at an unplanned moment. Moroccan police have been cracking down on suspected Islamist extremists since suicide bombings in Casablanca in 2003 killed 45 people and woke the North African kingdom to the threat of Islamic terrorism. Iraq is a terrible example. Iraq didn't have Islamist terrorists to any extent under Saddam. "Let's go and do jihad.... Those who are martyred will be rewarded in heaven. Seize the opportunity, my brothers" Saddam Hussein Anyway, there were hundreds, perhaps thousands of arrests and massive anti-terrorist demonstrations following the 2003 bombing. http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2003/0...est030528.html Tens of thousands of Moroccans have thronged the streets of Casablanca to voice their anger over the suicide attacks which killed 43 people. Dozens of associations and political parties joined the march, led by Prime Minister Driss Jettou and other government officials. The demonstration began outside the Farah Hotel - one of the targets of the 16 May bombings. The city centre became a sea of red-and-green Moroccan flags and echoed to the chants of "Down with hate!" and "United against terrorism!" http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/2936918.stm There are 5 synogogues in Casablanca and a population of around 5,000 Jews. True, Morocco is not as bad as other Arab countries, they support intolerance to a lesser degree than other Arab countries. But I assure you they have never openly condemned suicide bombings in Israel, in other words giving them the religious stamp of approval by not condemning mass murder against innocent civillians. Now, many of these brainwashed youngsters think it is OK religiously to commit a suicide bombing. This is undeniable. |

I'm not sure I'd call a foreign invasion a boomerang. After all, it was pretty late in the game that they came up with non-existent Al Qaida link. The jihadis that Saddam paid the families of never came back to Iraq. Hamas has no presence there. The PKK which Saddam repressed and the Saudi Islamists and the Mahdi army have all come into their own since the war. You are still not getting the point, it's not that the actual jihadis who attacked in Israel will then go to Iraq...it's the ideology that it's OK to murder innocent civillians for political purposes, supposedly sanctioned by the Koran, which was promoted or accepted by Arab leaders against Israel is now spreading like wildfire in Arab countries. It's simple, really. 2 bombings in 4 years and over 2000 arrests. Yep, sounds like they are doing nothing. I said they were better than other Arab countries but that doesn't excuse their silence when suicide bombings happen in Israel. Silence = tacit approval. Morocco did ,however, condemn Israel when they killed the head of Hamas. Go figure. Medio- My apologies |
