Default Lessons from the Libya attack
I'll say at the outset I think it's too soon for "Monday morning quarterbacking." For those who handle executive protection for personnel across the globe, however, this one has some troubling implications.

NPR did a story on the incident on 9-20-12, in which those interviewed are saying the ambassador was left alone. The fact that the "safe house" (NPR's term) came under attack is disturbing also.

A little late to this party, in Libya or any other country in that rim, there is no such thing as a "safe house", and I would never take the word of any reporting agency reporting "that soon" on a combat or assault situation because we're getting the word from people who work with pencils. That said, it was inside Intel the enemy collected and they watch everything, they believe everyone who works within the consulate is actually a member of ground branch and the Special Activities Division of the CIA. The scum bags are in fact the enemy, They've been burned before by our SF operators, things are HOT now but give it some time..

fresh actionable Intel, we will get them bitches, If you know what I mean?
