An interesting story in respect to Ours and international law. My question: Is it not possible to file a suit (and have it heard) on behalf of another or an issue that appears to many as a breach of law. ? |

The way I see it, it is a declaration of war against a person, who intends to attack the Nation and aims to kill US citizens. Would it not be better to ask those who have the authority within the country he is expected to be hiding to apprehend this fellow (at their desecration) by what ever means and force necessary ? If one man can "under the laws without trial" in our country call for the death of another citizen that power may be justifiably transferable to anyone. (at least in their mind.) ![]() |
