KABUL -- At least five Iranian companies in Afghanistan's capital are using their offices covertly to finance Taliban militants in provinces near Kabul, according to an investigation by London's Sunday Times.

Afghan intelligence and Taliban sources have told the newspaper that the firms, set up in the past six months, provide cash for a network of district Taliban treasurers to pay battlefield expenses and bonuses for killing the enemy and destroying their vehicles. They can be a stabilizing influence in the ME. Israel has de-stabilized the area since it's inception. Real peace negotiations might take place if an equal to Israel was involved. (that's what Israel is IMO afraid of)

So, if two countries are fighting in a war where the US is not directly and openly involved, and the US gives any kind of aid to one warring country, does that equal a declaration of war by the US against the other warring country?

• Badr 4
• Nilesat 102
• Atlantic bird 4

I'm guessing its gonna happen soon after US acknowledges that it is at war with Pakistan (which has documented instances of supporting & arming Taliban even now) ... and the US is giving billions in aid to that country ...
