Oh yeah, I forgot that the Tort Bar (#1 donor is last election cycle, higher than all "businesses" combined) is not a big business, nor are these class action scams the commercial tool of a bloodsucking industry. Why kill businesses that create jobs and wealth for this country, just so the Tort Bar can live high on the hog, and the actual plaintiffs (assuming they aren't entirely fraudulent) can get very, very little? Many of these class action claims are frauds, pure and simple. They should be thrown out, and attorneys who perpetrate them should be prosecuted, as has happened in several high profile cases in the last couple of years. Dickie Scruggs anyone?
