Ever wonder why the feds allowed them and Verizon to get such a stranglehold on not just internet and cable, but also the sports teams? Money does talk and I am sure quite a few politicians have lobbyists stuffing their wallets. So much for antitrust laws. Its about time someone stood up to them. Maybe the hotels and subscribers here will start to grab the buck by the antlers instead of passing it on to patrons. The change from analog to digital was viewed in the boardrooms as a great opportunity to rake in even more. Verizon is no better with their super high priced FIOS. Ever notice how your bill from comcast just magically scales higher after 6 months of set amounts? Ever gotten a bill for over 300 dollars for one month of service and asked why?
