An Arizona Woman attempting to vote with a Tea Party shirt was thrown out of a polling place. She was accused of Electioneering. She made it half way down when two women said "You cannot wear that Tee shirt here, you need to change it or get a jacket, or get out.

Electioneering means to attempt to persuade a voter on the ballet.

She is now suing, her lawsuit is to be able to wear her shirt when she goes to vote. She is planning another attempt November 2nd.
