God forgive all those who perpetrate such horrors, as Presbytera (is that the right form of address for her?) Vitorka asked even in her most fearful grief. And may He have mercy on all who suffer.
I've been trying to find out more about what's happening, with no significant luck.

This is a horrifying event! What is the backgroud of this? Whose soldiers were these? Why did they speak English? I nothing of what's going on in Serbia and the conflicts going on over there. Please give some background. I assume this was sent so that we could pray for this family. I'll do that. Please though, give some background.
