Reckless Russian Driver got himself killed in head-on collision trying to overtake a car in a
narrow single lane highway somewhere in Russia.

The incident was captured on dashboard camera on 4 June 2012. The main cause of the
accident was due mainly to poor situational awareness and error in judgement while overtaking.

As can be seen from the video, he obviously picked the wrong place (with a breakdown vehicle
on his left side) and without the required distance and necessary speed for overtaking.

To make matter worse, the breakdown vehicle gave the oncoming driver little chance to take
avoidance action.

The force of the impact scattered the front crumple zone of both vehicles and sent debris flying
through the air.

Fortunately for our dash cam driver, he and his car escaped unscarred!
