There's something about height clearance requirements for trucks passing under a bridge that certain drivers just don't seem to understand. This silly Russian crane-mounted truck driver drove under a bridge with his crane in a semi upright position. Unfortunately for him, the bridge did not give way and "the shit hits the fan"! Fortunately, for the black Audi sedan following close behind ... ABS works! Now for the commercials ... The Audi's anti-lock braking system (ABS) prevents the wheels from locking up during braking. Even under strong braking, the driver can better control and steer the car, potentially avoiding obstacles without having to release the brakes first. |
