JOHOR BARU, Malaysia - Nine pigs' heads were put in plastic bags and placed outside a mosque in Taman Desa Jaya here on two separate occasions.

Masjid Al-Falah committee chairman Kassim Darim, 62, said the first batch of pigs' heads were found by the mosque's cleaner at around 5pm on Thursday.

"A cleaner found a plastic bag which contained four badly decomposed pigs' heads. The second bag was discovered by a worshipper just before morning prayers at around 5am," he said at the mosque here yesterday.

Johor police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said that a special task force had been set up to investigate the matter.

The guy responsible is wrong in desecrating a place of worship.

You go to any corporate meeting involving foreigners and if the Singaporean is not the ranking person or leader of the Singaporean delegation in the room, he will not speak up if it involves a contentious issue. Singaporeansn are noted for their quiet compliance coupled with industry and high quality of work. Arguing a point of view, facing up to patently wrong measures and fighting for the meek is is completely foreign to a Singapore.
