Britney Spears' ex-minder accuses singer of sexual harassment

Britney Spears' former bodyguard has claimed he was sexually harassed by the singer while working for her earlier this year.

Fernando Flores is to file a lawsuit on Thursday alleging that the singer made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" towards him by exposing herself. According to reports the lawsuit describes an alleged incident where “She [Britney] was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. “She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].” “The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust.”

Flores claims he was in his second week working for the 28-year-old when she first flashed her breast at him in the bedroom of her home in Calabasas, LA. He claims that on one occasion Spears bent to pick something up without underwear on and looked at him “with a leer on her face”, according to The Sun. The suit also details another alleged incident where Flores was called to Spears' room, where he found her standing naked.

“After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up.” The suit goes on to say that “In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of [Flores].”

Flores also claims that he saw Britney abusing her sons Sean Preston, four, and Jayden James, three. The former minder also claims he heard Spears “loudly having sexual relations” while her two sons were in a hotel suite with her in Anaheim, California. He also says he twice returned to her house to find her “having vigorous sexual relations”.

Flores worked for Spears between April and June this year. His allegations of child abuse led to an investigation by Los Angeles Family Services Department. Spears denied the claims and the investigation was dropped. Flores will file the suit on Thursday afternoon at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
