wow ...read this :
http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/09/wo...a-protest.html Broadcast of the footage coincided with Iran’s announcement that it had formally protested what it called the violation of Iranian airspace by the spy drone. Because Iran and the United States have no direct diplomatic relations, Iran made its complaint by summoning the ambassador from Switzerland, which manages American interests in Iran. what ?? |

Yeah:
Iran Smacks Down Hillary Clinton's 'Virtual Embassy' It took Iranian authorities mere hours to blockade "Virtual Embassy Tehran," an American attempt to restore influence in an Islamic republic with which it ended formal relations in 1979. Apparently Hillary Clinton's website was a "cybercrime" and a "spy plot." They haven't had a proper channel to talk to us in decades... |

I was hoping that it would have been in thousand pieces !!! Why did this happen ??? What better way to infect the Iranian cyberwarfare infrastructure, than to present a high tech prize. Lockheed Martin RQ-170 Sentinel - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Lockheed Martin RQ-170 Sentinel Aviation Week postulates that these elements suggest the designers have avoided 'highly sensitive technologies' due to the near certainty of eventual operational loss inherent with a single engine design and a desire to avoid the risk of compromising leading edge technology A) Meant to be disposable. B) It's a big, low tech kite, seems to be focused on MOVING data, big ears and big eyes - suggesting it's meant to relay data BACK to the local command, not collect lots of data ala cold-war movie "Ice Station Zebra". The fact that (1) it's likely got military grade GPS, (2) they haven't sent a predator to blow it into smithereens, suggest that its either - expendable, or a Stuxnet virus delivery agent? Just imagine a wifi-enable, wardriving, worm delivering UAV... Edit -=> now seems that the drone is looking suspiciously like a fiberglass mold that's been quickly put together. Sorta like their "lego missile launcher" Real Russian S-300 in front of the Kremlin Iranian S-300 Tank retriever with 55 gallon drums welded to look like missiles Hal |
