Hypothetically, would it be wise or foolish to arrest this man while he is on our soil? He is holding 2 American hostages and threatened to have a "war without borders" against the United States if we act against their nuclear sites. Is he potentially as dangerous as Hitler was? Should he be stopped now? Is the nation reluctant to act after the Iraq weapons-of-mass destruction debacle? I hate the idea of another military adventure. But if we had the opportunity to stop Hitler early on, 10's of millions of lives could have been spared. I am conflicted about this issue. Looking for other opinions. Thanks.

The Gov't of Iran is holding two "hikers"..they released a third...
Ahmedinijad is just another bogeyman...although not exactly the best of people his influence is exaggerated by people like the neocons and Ahmedinijad himself. The Hitler comparison is typical false equivalency BS to get people worked up into a lather so we can engage in another idiotic war. If you want the world to go into a serious depression and worse ...yeah attack Iran. Iran is not Iraq...and it wouldn't be a "cakewalk." |
