Default Japan is so broke, Kuan Yin & Buddha also in deep trouble! How about Kuan Yew?
The Japanese had in the 80s built many huge Buddha & Kuan Yin to attract tourists, but they are now so broke that no tourist will visit them, and no money to maintain them. No body wants to own them, after the original owners past away. They became time bombs that will collapse any time! And worst there is no money even to demolish them!

So when will this happen to the fucking Merlion at Sentosa etc?
