Supercomputer software project

FUJITSU Ltd, Japan's biggest computer-services provider, and Singapore's Agency for Science, Technology and Research, or A*STAR, will jointly develop software for a faster generation of supercomputers, reports Bloomberg news. The project will produce applications for the so-called petascale generation of supercomputers, machines that can perform a thousand trillion calculations per second, the companies said in a joint statement on Tuesday. A team of 20 researchers from Fujitsu and A*Star's Institute of High Performance Computing will use the Japanese server maker's hardware to develop applications for research in chemicals, electronics, weather modeling and study of infectious diseases, said the statement.

The project may help the Tokyo-based company catch up with Cray Inc and International Business Machines Corp in developing computers that can help tackle problems such as global warming and searching for a cure for cancer. Fujitsu and Japan's Institute of Physical and Chemical Research in July said they will make a machine with performance of 10 petaflops, in 2012. The collaboration will last three years and may be extended, Adam Blankenship, a Tokyo-based spokesman at Fujitsu, told Bloomberg news. IBM's Roadrunner model, built for the US Department of Energy to keep track of the nation's nuclear weapons stockpile, was the first to break the petaflop threshold, or one thousand trillion calculations per second, in 2008, the company said at the time. Cray's XT5, the world's fastest supercomputer, was second later that year.

What does it prove?


MicroSHIT & Intel are for little lame computers, and Linux & AMD are for big powerful computers.


It is the same in Silicon Graphics Inc's (SGI) supercomputers, which runs ONLY Linux.

Linux is alike your mother, very reliable and always there for you, for your good weather you like it or not. Capable & Protecting & give you all the love FOC.

Mac OS is alike your GF, very sweet & nicely treat you, but not FOC since you have to pay indirectly (buying Apple Hardware, spending for courtship) and she may either leave you or marry you depends.

MS is alike HOOKER / WHORE , definitely NOT FOC, surely there only for you $$$$$$, costing you directly and every time! Unreliable and betray you all the time!! Not yours even after paying. Not loyal to you! Controlled by THUGS & Syndicates (Hackers & MS & Establishments)! You get robbed; cheated; betrayed; exploited; ripped off & fooled, even though at times when you paid her you were satisfied and felt there is no problem with it.

OK, I have little time for now and I add that:

Unix is your granny OS, because it is the mother of your motherly OS Linux. This granny is quite old and belong to older era users.

BSD is your aunty OS, because it is the sister OS of the motherly Linux. It shares similar properties and origin with Linux, both BSD and Linux are daughters of old Unix.

BIOS is your fatherly software, because it is emBEDed on your mother board. When you boot up your computer it likens the process of a childbirth, that you wake up from nothing to a mature state of realization, shutdown is like death or coma. The boot up process starts by the fatherly BIOS (who bed your mother ) and by doing so gave you live.

DOS is the little (640KB only) old lady who started the whorehouse from which all the HOOKERS & WHORES (win-95; win-98; win-NT; win-millennium; win-2000; win-XP; win-Vista; win-7) had been sold by the pimp named Bill Gates, who enriched himself doing these filthy business, and then quited the business and now doing some charity with his filthy monies.

Anti-virus software is your condom. You badly need it if you visited these WHORES sold by pimp Gates. Some times you also need it with your GF for reasons you will know better.

You don't use anti-virus (condom) on your mom (linux), however your mom might provide you with some condoms e.g. CLAM AV in Linux, that is to protect you from HIV knowing that you visited MS whore-house, and also preventing you from shot-gunning your GF!

Computer games is alike SEX. You do that with your GF, but that is usually the limited version, the various wild and exciting sex your GF is not willing to give you are all available from MS whores. That is Mac has a limited variety of computer games, the exciting games are from MS whores. I don't know who are the mother-fuckers who play computer games in linux, your mother will at the most provide you sex educations, and no more.

Computer virus and spyware are alike HIV what else? You may get it usually via SEX (PC games) or sharing data.

CPU + RAM = your brain power. What you process in thinking is done by your CPU, what you readily memorize in your brain cells are in your RAM, which you may retrieve and store rapidly.

Thumb Drives = your pocket book.

HDD = your book.

RAID ARRAY = your book shelf.

SAN = your library!
