German man rips off friend's testicles for not responding to fondling

Melbourne, Jan 12: A German man is said to have ripped off his friend's testicles after the latter failed to respond to his drunken fondling.


According to Bild.com, Hans O., 45, appeared in Dusseldorf district court with the public prosecutor accusing him of committing sexual abuse and grievous bodily harm.

The incomprehensible incident took place on September 2 last year, when Hans and his mate Alexander J. met in the afternoon in the centre of Neuss, a town near Dusseldorf where they began drinking.

The court heard the defendant then unbuttoned the trousers of his friend who was sleeping on the couch, and began fondling his genitals, but when Alexander failed to show any physical response, Hans became furious.

"He twisted the scrotum repeatedly until it broke. Then he took the testicles and hurled them from the window," the Daily Telegraph quoted the prosecutor as saying.

Despite his life-threatening injuries, Alexander O. managed to travel the two kilometres to his home where his mother called an ambulance.

Police later found the testicles on the roof where they lay in the snow guard.

The prosecutor wants Hans O. to be taken into psychiatric accommodation, and he has declined to comment.

"I'm saying nothing else," he stated.

A German man is facing court after reportedly tearing the testicles off his sleeping friend after a drinking session.

The man, only referred to as Hans O, allegedly committed the grievous act when his friend didn't respond to his attempts to fondle him.
Hans O was charged with sexual abuse and grievous bodily harm after the incident, which took place on September 2 last year, Bild.de reports.

The two had been drinking heavily for several hours when the victim fell asleep on the couch, prompting Hans O's advance, the prosecutor said.

The accused allegedly unbuttoned the victim's trousers and began fondling his genitals and became enraged when the man showed no response.

In a drunken rage Hans O reportedly pulled the man's testicles off and threw them out the window onto the roof.

The victim then walked for2kmback to his home where his mother called an ambulance.

The prosecutor is pushing for the accused to be put into psychiatric care.

The trial continues.

The trial of a 45-year-old German man who ripped off his friend’s testicles in a fit of rage is currently underway in Dusseldorf Germany.

Bild.de reports that the 120-kg defendant, who has been identified as Hans O. has been charged with committing sexual abuse and grievous bodily harm. The incident occurred on September 2 last year after Hans and his friend Alexander J. met in the town of Neuss. The pair are said to have drunk beer from afternoon until late at night.

It was late when a drunk Hans unbuttoned the sleeping Alexander’s trousers and fondled his genitalia. When his advances failed to arouse his companion, Hans became enraged.

The prosecutor outlined what is believed to have happened next:

He twisted the scrotum repeatedly until it broke. Then he took the testicles and hurled them from the window.

Severely injured, Alexander traveled 2km to his mother’s house to call an ambulance. His testicles were later found by police in the snow guard on the roof of the house.

The prosecutor is seeking Hans O.’s commitment to a psychiatric institution.

Um... both men were drunk. Which doesn't make it right, of course, just... you know. Um. Ouch. The torn off testicles landed in the snow and were later retrieved. The story doesn't mention any attempts to reattach them. Remember: friends don't let friends drive tear off testicles drunk.
