Singapore's largest bank to open office in HCMC

The Development Bank of Singapore Limited (DBS), Southeast Asia’s largest financial institute, announced Tuesday its plan to set up the group’s first branch in Ho Chi Minh City this year.
The Singapore-based bank received the branch license at an awarding ceremony on January 12 on the occasion of Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s visit to Vietnam.
